Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 23 years old

• At least 18 months of verifiable experience OTR with a tractor-trailer

• No fatality, reckless driving, or hit & run on driving record

• No previous drug or alcohol violations

• Good communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

Drivers will be willing and able to achieve the following basic responsibilities:

• Long-haul (OTR) driving, operating in 48 states

• 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week

• Home every-other weekend

• Log hours according to DOT limits and regulations

• Meet pickup and delivery appointments

• Consistent communication with your dispatcher

• Maintain equipment, follow maintenance schedule

• Comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations and inspections

To help you accomplish your job responsibilities, we provide 24/7 support for our drivers including training and guidance from our dispatch, maintenance, and safety department.

Company Driver Pay (per Mile)

Tiered start rates per mile for previous equivalent experience (recent, relevant and verifiable). This is for empty and loaded miles between pickups and deliveries.

2+ years experience verifiable: $0.75 per mile

1-2 year experience verifiable: $0.70 per mile

Extra-stops paid $50 per extra stop

Company Driver Pay (percentage)

Available for drivers with at least 2 years of experience. Take home 30% of the gross revenue, which is between $7,000 - $10,000 gross per week. That's $2,100 to $3,000 per week take-home pay!

Our Answer: Flexibility in running areas, working a full week, maximizing available hours on ELD, cooperation with dispatch.

Lease Purchase Program

Available for drivers with at least 2 years of experience. Must start at least one month as a company driver before qualifying for the lease purchase program.

You earn: 85% of the gross revenue

Full week of work averages $10,000 gross revenue (average take-home after all expenses = $4,000 per week)

5-day work week (home on the weekend) averages $7,000 gross revenue (average take-home after all expenses = $2,500 per week)

All positions are paid weekly and taxed on 1099.

Loads are live load/unload and no-touch freight.
